The heat and direct sunshine of Arizona summers are particularly harsh for individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease which affects the nervous systems of each individual diagnosed with it differently. So the Arizona Chapter of the National MS Society holds two walks every fall to raise awareness of this disease and funds to help ease the symptoms of individuals.
This was the postcard mailed to over 5,000 supporters of the Arizona Chapter as a save-the-date for the fall 2009 walks in Phoenix and Prescott.
